A Few Words About Me​

Hi, I’m Kieran — owner and chiropractor at Sydney Chiropractic & Massage.

I’m passionate about helping people overcome neck pain, back pain, headaches, muscle tension, and chronic stiffness so they can move better and get back to enjoying life again.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve continually refined my treatment approach by combining chiropractic care with advanced soft tissue and muscle therapy techniques. My training includes chiropractic, sports massage, myotherapy (SLM), dry needling, and myofascial cupping, allowing me to provide a more complete approach to muscle and spinal care.

What makes my treatment style different is the amount of hands-on time I spend with each patient. Rather than focusing only on spinal adjustments, I use a combination of targeted muscle release techniques and chiropractic care to help reduce deep tension, improve mobility, and address the underlying muscular issues contributing to pain and dysfunction.

Many patients tell me they’ve never experienced such detailed and effective muscle treatment before.

During my five years of chiropractic university training, I spent countless hours studying anatomy, biomechanics, muscle function, and how the body moves and compensates. Over time, I developed a strong interest in understanding why muscles become chronically tight, overloaded, and dysfunctional — and how this contributes to many common pain conditions today.

This led me to develop a treatment approach that combines both spinal care and comprehensive muscle therapy, tailored specifically to each individual and their needs.
